Injured Clarias batrachus, use of salt?

Post by FrankieWilde »

Yesterday I bought two male Clarias batrachus, an albino and a marbled, size around 20cm. I already saw in the LFS that the albino had some burns (looks like burns)on the sides of his body.
He has is own tank now because the other male was chasing him, so I decided to separate them...
Does anybody know how I could speed up the healing proces? Should I add some salt to the water?

Clarias are tough fish and should heal fairly quickly without medication.
