What would be my options for synodontis catfish to put in with my peacock cichlid 45 gallon I am starting. Plecostomus never seem to live or I can only keep the common ones. Help.

For a large, single Syno, S. eupterus is commonlky available, and not too expensive. Otherwise, a group of petricola's or multipuctatus, if you have stocking space for them.

I was just thinking of a fish that would fit best with peacocks, so why not one from Malawi.

A place in Wisconsin has them on a list that was updated on July 20th and from what I've heard the place is quite nice. And for 16 bucks, not too bad.

I've got syno petricolas and multipunctatus. petricolas tend to "swim and crawl over more of the rocks than multis. I have spawned many of both. Right now I prefer petricolas. I do have many available, $5 each, 12 for $50, $20 Speedee shipping for their delivery area or $35 Fed ex shipping. See my website for details.

If you are interested let me know. Petricolas don't get as big which is nice for tank space. They tend to school at bit more too.
