Hi
No - L200 will ruin your plants
Especially Echinodorus !
And personally I would classify L200 among the very shy ones. It seems to get better as they get bigger and if you have a group.
Best regards

My bristlenose, L001's, and L204 are out all the time while feeding. The rest of the time they're visible, but not that active. My L128 is hidden most the the time while not feeding.
Any catfish can be trained to be visible, if you do it right. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to do that. The secret lies somewhere in making the fish associate you with food so it comes out when you come to see it.
Good luck!

Holgen in Den Haag is a store with a lot of L-numbers.
http://www.xs4all.nl/~holgen/index2.htm
I know they have L204 and peckoltia vittata at the moment.
But then, that is probably pretty far from Obbicht
