Is this a common C. paleatus?

Is this a common C. paleatus? These look longer bodied than the C. paleatus I have spawned before.

They look like Corydoras paleatus. Maybe a wild form?

I actual fact these are a new species that are presently under description, in fact I expect the paper to be published shortly.
They are a species from Argentina and require cool temperatures, maximum around 18ºC

Thanks Ian. I'll have to find a cooler place as most of my basement is around 24ºC.

Is that the same fish which used to be known as
Corydoras paleatus "Highfin"?

Do you think this is the same case?
this is a wild male, captured in river Uruguai, north of Rio Grande do Sul state, Brazil
not all of them were so "high fin", females were like this:
