I'm hoping that someone here can help me with my problem.
I have a 90 gallon mostly South American community tank (cories, cardinals, rummynoses, etc.)
This tank has all of my favorite fish, including 3 Ram cichlids. These fish have a reputation for being sensitive, but I have 1 pair that breeds every 3 weeks.
I recently noticed that 1 of the females has a small worm on its side. I posted on another forum, and someone posted a picture of the identical fish with the same worm. I have also noticed that the other 2 Rams have worms, including some poking out of the anuses.
I understand now that I have an infestation of nematodes which either came in with live blackworms or endler's livebearers.
I ordered 2 types of Levamisole over the Internet:
*20.17 grams of soluble pig wormer in powder form
*500 ml of levamisole phosphate injectable solution. Each ml of this contains levamisole phosphate equivalent to 136.5 mg of levamisole hydrochoride.
Can anyone tell me how to dose a 90 gallon tank? I have some expensive plecos in my tank that I don't want to lose.

Unfortunately rams along with most mini cichlids have very low tolerance to meds. Try http://forum.apistogramma.com/ they have a section for health issues that may help...
