Bristlenose feeding and tank mates ?

Hello ,
I feed my bristlenose ,Ancistrus Sp(3) , cucumber and once a week I give them catfish pellets, I fed them some peas when they were young (I peeled em incase the shell trap the fry), I am wondering now which other vegetables I can feed to them to give them a variety and if they are fed raw, peeled or cooked please ?
I have put 3 young (2-2.5") in a tank 36x15x12" with some bogwood, and no other fish, I wanted to add some other catfish, but I am not sure which ones ?
I wish to make a catfish community tank, so I would like to know some suitable catfish that when fully grown with these 3 Anicstrus Sp(3) are within the tanks stocking levels .
The new catfish need to be ones that will not conflict/battle with the bristlenose, will not eat the bristlenose eggs or fry before they are caught, should the bristlenose spawn at a future time.
I would also like the possibility that should these other catfish spawn in this tank at some future time that the bristlenose not eat their eggs or fry before they are caught.
I have no light on the tank so wont be adding plants, mostly more wood and maybe rocks, and cornish beach pebbles I will silicon together.
I already have a general community tank above this tank with some Peppered Corydoras an Albino Corydoras which I have kept for 2 years and other non-catfish so as I am begining to learn about catfish its why I would like to make a catfish community, if it is a realistic idea, rather than add non-catfish to this tank.
I also have 13 Bronze corydoras in a tank of their own.
I have not kept any other catfish apart from those named above before, so I need a species that is suitable to learn, maybe a little more difficult but not too much, as I do not wish any fish to suffer due to my lack of understanding.
