I'm not saying you're wrong Dave, but it says on B. meesi that it's similar to B. marthae, which then says that one of the keys for telling them apart is a stripe through the eye. This fish doesn't seem to have such a stripe.
On the other hand, the third picture on the Cat-eLog page for B. meesi isn't showing a stripe through the eye either, so I guess it's more of a misleading key than wrong identification. Or perhaps that the stripe isn't always very clear...

I'm more often wrong than right
In B. marthae the dorsal fin marking is larger and spreads across the entire upper section of the fin.
The pics seem to show this character.(?)

I will try to get better pictures, but it's impossible right now because the fish is hiding under the bogwood
