I'm not saying you're wrong Dave, but it says on B. meesi that it's similar to B. marthae, which then says that one of the keys for telling them apart is a stripe through the eye. This fish doesn't seem to have such a stripe.
On the other hand, the third picture on the Cat-eLog page for B. meesi isn't showing a stripe through the eye either, so I guess it's more of a misleading key than wrong identification. Or perhaps that the stripe isn't always very clear...
