I have 3 L204's that are 15cm. I have a feeling they are all males (as they are all hairy), but I would like some second opions?

Yup, I'd call all those males.

Females will not have any bristles on the back of the body.

At what size the start to be hairy? I have some that are at 8cm without hire, can i define them as female?

No - 8 cm is to little.
Around the 11-12 cm or so.
