Where was it captured? It looks to be a female of some Ancistrus sp.

The asymmetrically forked caudal fin made me think of Lasiancistrus.

I agree, looks somewhat akin to
Lasiancistrus tentaculatus, but appears shorter in the body.

These were my first thoughts as well, but looking closely (unless it is just my computer) there are what appear to be tentacles along the edge of the rostrum.
