!!!Help me i need help on my water!!!!

Why is my water cloudy. I just set up my tank. Theres no fish in there. Just water and chemicals. Is this normal? Is it new tank Syndrome?

How Long tank setup?
what filter system?
Temp of water ?
What chemicals exactly?
Sand or Gravel?
Planted ?
Things like that.
This would help us help you .

30 gallons, cascade mechanical hang on filter, gravel, fake plants and rocks, been set up for about 3 days thanks

Give it more time ,at least 4 weeks .

what kinds of chemicals did you add?
did you add a pH lowering substance?
did you rinse the gravel first?
the first and last questions are most important. if you answer those two, we'll be more likely to figure it out.
