Help - Medication

One of my Panaques has what looks like a fungus on him. Any idea of what it could be and what do I treat it with ?
Im going to say it before anyone else does......

More of a description of the 'fungus', a good photo even.
Im sure if you give this info someone will point you in the right direction.
Dont put any meds in until you can be sure of what the problem is.
