My dad and I building a 250 gallon tank and were planning on making it heavily planted with discus and some tetras.
Is there any particular corydoras that will be able to handle the acidic and hot(82F) water that discus require?
If so, how many should I get?

corydoras gossei and sterbai spring to mind but stay away from barbatus as they won't take the heat

It may not exactly match the home range temps but C panda, C similis (violet) and Apsidoras black phantom (C35?) have all been doing fine in my discus tank over 1 year now. All three of these are available through the wholesalers this year, they seemed to be pretty popular on the West Coast.

Hi,
I have a group of five C Pandas in my discus tank.
They have been in the tank for a year or so and have spawned a couple of times. Temp 84.
At higher temperatures it's all about oxygen.
