Hey my friend recently gave me a millennium 3000 filter its a dual overhang filter, I'm wondering if i can use it on a 10 gallon, to house a 3 3inch panaque plecos. The current one really can't handle all there droping.. my concern is the current, it does have a flow control.

I have a penguin 350 on my 20 gallon, with driftwood in there the current isnt really a problem as it creates good shelter too....
Although 3 x 3inch panaques is a bit too much fish for a ten gallon tnak...
The extra filtration wont clear up all the waste but it will push it into a couple of areas to make cleaning a breeze
