You DEFINITELY should not feed frozen bloodworms to a zebra this size. They choke very easily. Trust me, I learned that the hard way. Frozen daphnia, cyclopeeze, NLS Grow pellets and Hikari sinking wafers are the favorites for the zebras here. Good luck with your munchkin Aren't they adorable at that size?

I know Zebras like lots of current to breed, but would small Zebras like this like some current? Because right now there is no current just the water from the hob filter. I could put a small powerhead in his tank?

Current is not that important, and a lot of current just makes it more difficult to find food.
Though the oxygene is very important.
I'm not that sure how to read your temperature ?
26°C ?
That is definitely too low.
30°C would be fine. That's why oxygene is so important
