Hello! Everyone :)
I just got 6 WILD CAUGHT Brochis Splendens from the auction recently, and I am planning to breed them. I really need the informations about them. Can anyone help me? I really want to know:
What size of the tank I should breed them, they are much bigger than usual that I have always seen at the petstores?
What water condition or water temperature should I set up for them to breed?
How can I make them breed faster than usual?
How is the tank decoration for them to breed?
I really need all the informations. Please! help me. I will wait for the answer everyday. Thank you very much. :(

Bunthid or Max :)

Hi,

there is a bredding report on B-splendens in Shane's world:
http://www.planetcatfish.com/shanesworld/s_r_97.php
and on scootcat:
http://www.scotcat.com/articles/article17.html

Tank should be large enouph for this aktiv and large species, about 200L should be fine. They probabaly spawn in a seasonal cycle in our winter / spring, so it's a good time to start the set up now.
