I have built the amazing apparatus for breeding these fish and have had them in a 20 gallon tank, with this and they do not seem to do anything. They are in there almost all of the time, but seem reluctant all the water parameters are met and they seem to like it,I find watching them quite the entertainment.I have been feeding them mysis shrimp, blood worms and brine shrimp as well as what seems to be their favorite, lettuce.Ihave also given them spirulina.I also try to mix it up even more with the occasional flakes.I do not have a clue as to what i am missing, this is my first time trying to breed them and I would consider it a miricle if I were to be succesfull.Any help as always will be appreciated. Thanks

do you have any ciclids in the tank? they won't breed without any ciclids, they eat the ciclids eggs and replace them with their own and the ciclids raise their young.

Hiya,

<a href="http://www.planetcatfish.com/forum/view ... s">here</a> you will find LOTS of useful info :)

I also think that your tank is a bit too small for mature multis, maybe you still got not in "breeding-size" fish?

In one of this topics you will read after click link I gave you will find info about minimal tank size recommended for multis (and there are also opinions that it is still too small - 40g:))

Regards.
