Will L333 and L260 Crossbreed?

If I try to breed these two plecos in the same tank will they crossbreed? I do not want to crossbreed them so I wanted to check before I tried it. Thanks!

It depends on the size tank and if you have a male and 2 females of each species. I highly doubt it, as L333 get way bigger than L260.

I personally would think they'd be too close to want to take the chance with. If nothing else, get a good divider!

I think the same as Barbie, the risk for crossbreeding is very high...I had to separated this week a L270 male trying to breed with a L201 female and they are even not close

Okay, I guess I'll have to wait on one of them then. If I put L333 and L287 together would the L333 kill the L287 since they get so much bigger then them? Would there be any problems with this?
Or would it be better to keep L260 with L287 since the L260s will stay smaller?

@glockfu thats also a tank size question...in a big enough tank with plenty hiding space there prolly wont be a problem...

The tank will be a 60 gallon and I'm going to stack it with lots of rocks for hiding places. Will this be a big enough tank?
How about L066 in this mix? I am guessing these would probably have a high chance of crossbreeding with the L333 and L260. Thats just a guess, what do you think?

Why not do L333, L260, or L066 with L015 orL134. This way can tell the differences clearly if they are trying to spawn together, which I doubt they will. But I were you, I would put a divider in the tank, and put a trio or quad on each side.

All these three L66, L260 and L333 would not have any problem to crossbreed with each other, why not mix one of them with a Peckoltia or a small Panaque species?
The tank is to small for more then two breeding groups anyway if that is the purpose, even two males from different familys can be a problem...the strongest one can disturb or destroy a clutch of eggs that are guarding of the weaker species.
