royal or adonis???

hi,i have a 4" royal plec and my freind wants to swap it for his similar size adonis.i have a jewel rio 240 tank with a fire eel,7 denisonii and a few other fish.what should i do???

I assume your tank is a 240 liters tank (~50G?) whixh would make it not suitable for neither species.
Members of the Panaque nigrolineatus species group grow up to 60 cm long and grows even bigger with ~1m...
Better refuse the trade and manage to get rid of your Royal before it gets too big for your tank...
