I just got 2 4in BNs today and I just noticed that one has a big belly. I am familiar with bloat but I dont think that plecos could get it. Im thinking that trying to give them some greens and peas would help if hes constipated. I think that its a male. Its has less and smaller bristles than the other but there still there.

A photo would be perfect here.
At 4 inches length, a male bristlenose should have a nice big bush on the nose. A female may well have some small (one-two millimeters), but if they are more than that, it's probably a male.
Pleco's can definitely get bloated. Primarily from eating too much meaty foods, such as bloodworms. If these are with other fish that may give them access to meaty food, you may want to isolate them, so that you can force-feed them with some better food, such as greens, peas, and stay off the "junk-food".
