To me it looks like a female of an Ancistrus.

if that youngster is from the same location, it's very likely!
young Ancistrus often have those white edges to their tailfin, even the Common Brown Bristlenose has them as juvenile.
Dunno for sure, but are there locations/rivers that have more than one species of Ancistrus living sympatric? or are they more like Corydoras, like every location has it's own unique variety/species?

In this river have seen to the less three different species (i assume) a with the aletas reddish; another enough dark and with spots and other totally clear.
I think they are Ancistrus sp.
