I guessed Paraotocinclus, because the head looked like a Paraotocinclus. I think the dorsal looks to small to be a gibbiceps and the colour seems wrong for a common (or whatever is sold as common here in Norway).
Maybe someone could help us with this?

Would need to see more pics, but if it isn't a common then it might be a Cochliodon.
