L183 starlight bristle ?
im thinking of getting a starlight for my 5ft south american bio type tank and was wondering if it would be a sutible alge eater or is it going to distroy my plants

Ancistrus species are usually OK with plants in the respect that they don't eat them.
When they grow big, they may accidentally "rumage" around enough to uproot any plants that aren't firmly planted, but that's more accidental than intentional (which obviously will not make any difference to the aquarist when the plants are floating at the top of the water). But I wouldn't think that should be a big problem once the tank is reasonably established. Also shouldn't be a problem if the fish is reasonably small...
