New Cory Cats - one has white spot on head - concern?

Hello,
I purchased five unlabeled cory cats yesterday (see my other post for ID help http://www.planetcatfish.com/forum/view ... hp?t=11253) and they seem to be happy, mellow and getting along great.
As they are the new babies, they are getting lots of "observation" by yours truly while they fin around in the QT. I noticed that one has a single white spot on its head. The spot is about 1/16" in diameter. The spot appears to be raised. There is no redness or signs of distress from this fish. I attempted to photograph it to the best of my ability and posted a couple pictures to my site at http://homepage.mac.com/jen.nelson/PhotoAlbum2.html; they are the ones labeled as "Large Cory Cats - fish w/spot". The spot is on the fish's left side. I apologize for the photo quality - QT tank has no light.
Tank is being kept at 77 degress F. Ammonia and nitrite are zero and nitrates are less than 10 ppm. QT is 10 gal; tank has two filters with a total rating of ~250 gph. There's a 12" airstone in the tank. Fish seem fine with the circulation and some of them seem to be playing with the bubbles from the airstone.
I'm wondering if I should take any action about the fish with the spot. If it's Ich, I'd prefer to act quickly, but I don't want to stress out fish that (by appearances) are doing fine by unnescessarily medicating them. Please share your thoughts and thanks in advance.
Jen
