L370 is a relatively new-found species, so it's not that well-known in the aquarium hobby. Breeding information is obviously much easier to get for the more established species.
There's a littel bit of info in the Cat-eLog for
L370 including the picture you've linked to.
As being an Ancistrus species, it SHOULDN'T be hard to breed. As to how to breed, you can read a lot about breeding on the
Shane's world reproduction section. It won't say exactly how to breed L370, but with a generic understanding on how Ancistrus and other Loricariidae breeds, you should be able to convince these to breed, unless they belong to the harder to breed species of Ancistrus [which we won't know until someone tells us how to breed them...].
The natural water conditions where this fish lives would be slightly acidic, soft water. Other ancistrus species are quite tolerant to water conditions that are different from this, but since L370 is new, it's probably better to play safe if you can, and try to aim for slightly acidic (pH 6.5-7) and soft water (less than 5 GH or thereabouts). Temperature of around 25'C is probably about right. Better with lower rather than higher, I would think. [Searching for "Rio Tapajos" on this web-site indicates a temperature range of about 23-26'C].
They will like water with a bit of current and lots of oxygen. Since they also create a lot of mess, you're better of having a good filter. Adding an air-stone won't hurt either. What type of filter doesn't really matter much, either an internal or external canister filter is good, but you can probably use under-gravel filter if you like that better. As long as the filtration system and your water changing keeps the water reasonably clean (Nitrate less than 25 ppm is definitely a target here, and less is better. Obviously, no nitrite or ammonia in the water, just as for any other fish.)
Feeding: I would suggest a mix of natural algae, vegetables [courgette (zucchini), peas, green beans, broccoli stems, etc. Cooked for most, but for larger Ancistrus, fresh Courgette (Zucchini) is fine] and algae wafers (Hikari for instance).

[1] Of course, if one question is about a catfish of some sort, and the other one about how to breed crabs, you shouldn't post both of those in the same post, as one belongs in the relevant CatFish section, and the other either in a Crab-fish forum somewhere else, or if you really want to post here, probably in the "Speak Easy" forum.
