Is this L-250..?

I'm trying to find info on L250, and I found an Austrian site which has a pic of what they claim to be this species. I don't know though...The few pics I've seen of it so far appears to be juvenile specimens, could this be a pic of an adult?

And which one is this:

Both of these fishes are the same species, there have been some discussions before and you will find these treads if you search for L236 or L287 which I think this species are...other's call them just for "Belo monte" but that is a trade name and not for sure at all the origin.

i agree to Janne. It is Hypnacistrus sp. L287 (?) "Belo Monte".
Nice fish - mine spawned a couple of weeks ago the first time!
