I'm trying to find info on L250, and I found an Austrian site which has a pic of what they claim to be this species. I don't know though...The few pics I've seen of it so far appears to be juvenile specimens, could this be a pic of an adult? http://www.welszucht.at/fotoarchiv/L250-001.jpg

And which one is this: http://www.rva.ne.jp/pleco/queen_kingroyal.html Looks a bit like L250 with it's narrow lines. What do you think?

Both of these fishes are the same species, there have been some discussions before and you will find these treads if you search for L236 or L287 which I think this species are...other's call them just for "Belo monte" but that is a trade name and not for sure at all the origin.

Hi,

i agree to Janne. It is Hypnacistrus sp. L287 (?) "Belo Monte".

Nice fish - mine spawned a couple of weeks ago the first time! :D :D
