I've seen them at that size for £40, £100 seems a bit unrealistic unless you were buying one from a branch of MA.
Selling privately you might be able to get £30 or £40 for it if someone is looking to boost their shoal with non edible sized fish, if you sell back to a shop dont expect any more than about £15.
