I've been looking at these for awhile and was thinking about getting some. I want to know what the parameters are for keeping these guys. Water quality, ph, diet, and max size would be helpful. Also, can I keep more then one in the same tank??? Are they aggressive towards other plecos?
Thanks.

Have you read about them in the Cat-eLog?
http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/lo ... /223_f.php
Even if 20 persons have looked on this topic it doesn't means they have experience of this species...maybe they are like you and also curious to know more about them.
Even that this forum is worldwide there are lots of people sleeping or working when you wrote your question
but I am convinced that you will get more responses if you show a little patience.

I kept the L200's for several months, and sold the last at an ACA convention. Mine loved, I mean LOVED zuchinni, and were this most awesome green, you could see it from the hallway.
My water parameters were basically @pH 6.4 out of the tap.. and it would drift down, so weekly changes were a must.. plus the almost daily small vacuums.
Awesome fish, tho!!

MULE,
L-200 which Shane has as being the same as L-128 are both wonderful, fairly shy community loricai. My wife and I actually have both L-200 and L-128, both from our LFS, one so stressed that we weren't sure what he was for weeks. We've had both of them for years and the only fish that I would NOT keep them w/ is each other, having had enough problems w/ pl*co conspecifics.
Great fish, easy to keep and feed but NEEDS its hiding places.

I agree that they are very shy. I practically never saw the one I used to have.

Has anyone seen these blue "panaques?" I know they're not really panaques, but that's what the LFS calls them. I was wondering what they eat exactly. I've kept a couple in the past and had no luck with them.

Hi!
I have some L128 and basically eat anything I put in the tank. They are good eaters and need to be careful not to overfed them!
They are a bit territorial, but without any excess, this is the case with specimens that has around the same size as them otherwise smaller are usually left in peace...
Cheers
Yann
