Wow!
Fantastic photos of beautiful fish.

I wonder if your gravel might be a bit sharp looking for the Corys???

The gravel looks fine to me. If it wasn't, the cories wouldn't have nice looking barbels.

I expect the algae wafers are Hikari ones, which are about 1.5cm, or about 0.6" in diameter.

Mine are Tetra Pleco Wafers, only around 1cm. They look like they're just cut from a sheet of algae paste and dried. They actually taste OK, but it's the aftertaste that gets you!

beautiful pictures of beautiful fish! If I might ask, at what temperature are you keeping your rhinogobius wui? Any tips on their care?

I use a compactcamera: Nikon coolpix P80 and i only use the cameraflasher, no extra flash above the tank.

the temperature in the rio 240 tank is 24 to 26 celsius, but rhino's prefer cooler water, about 22 degrees celsius, they are easy to keep, deepfrozenfood like bloodworms, dapnia's ,artemia's, they like sometimes shrimppallets as well.

andy and waterfaller1, thanks for the kind reactions! :D

waterfaller1, i got 3 Stiphodon atropurpureus who are living in the rekord 60 tank. size: 60x30x30, about 45 liters. temp. 24-26 celsius, pH:7, daily easycarbo, weekly profito. The're about 5 to 6 cm long and they can stick like an oto. on the aquariumglas, they can dig holes like my rhino's(former rhinogobius wui) or disapear under the fine sand like floanders(achirus achirus). They eat everything:dryfood, algaetablets, shrimppallets and also bloodworms, artemia's,dapnia's(fresh and deepfrozen).

do your pl*cos come out like that in the daytime, or with the lights on to eat all the time or are you using night vision or what? Seriously, that's amazing.
