I often use this:
https://manaus-aquarium.com/octocil.php (A very good brand in general)
The page is only available in German, but maybe the automatic translation helps enough. I do not know though if you can get it in the US. Many good medications have been banned in the EU in the last two years and it is difficult sometimes to treat with the right medication.
This is what I use against Nematodes:

edit: In case they have parasites, you need to treat the whole tank anyway. I bet they have been treated before, maybe just not against the right or incomplete. It can be hard to do so thanks to the variety of pathogens.

Seachem MetroPlex Metronidazole is what I can buy today on Amazon. I can buy the Octocil but will have to ship internationally & take awhile.
Seachem seems to be the closest medicine to Octocil.
Thanks Daniel you the man!

What Repashy have you tried? I just use soilent green then bulk out with extra algaes. Nothing fast feeding in the tank so all they had to compete with was the Baryancistrus and now smaller Ancistrus spp., Lasiancistrus and some Dekeyseria. I usually split up the food and scatter it across the tank.
There are other potentially good pro/prebiotics. One I've always wanted to try was miso. It might be a matter of just getting them feeding. You can buy Lactobaccilus directly but I am not convinced about it's probiotic function in all fishes it is worth a go. No gut flora doesn't surprise me for some species as many do seem prone to wasting away. In some way it's best to get something through the gut so worth trying courgette, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, cucumber etc.

Hi amazing Rebecca

I use soilent green & morning wood for baby l306 & l397.
The spawn & grow is 50% off so thought it was a good deal but not sure if squid would be good.
All the chubbies look good now I been feeding this amazing 8 in 1 with earthworms & black worms along with algae.
Looking forward to seeing some video of your new l332.
Keep in touch

I've used spawn & grow with L397 and with Peckoltia compta. No problems.
