A combination of two things, our CPU use is massively down (40%) which I think is just because if stuff is broke then our servers aren't being asked to do much. Secondly our traffic is down (18%) I think because spring is here. We always see more traffic in winter and less in summer.

Know your nomenclature? Use the quick picker (Reset)
:
Family: Siluridae
Genus: Kryptopterus

Click on an image to view that species:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function format_img() in /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/includes/old_functions/clog_display_genus_thumbnails.php on line 65

These are all now fixed.

Jools

Entering the advanced search page also results in this;
Warning: require_once(../includes/old_functions/clog_functions.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/catelog/search.php on line 7

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../includes/old_functions/clog_functions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/catelog/search.php on line 7

And.......... (yes i'm a real pain in the butt, i know, but i was desperate finding the specie i own)
when i finally reached the page, i got a
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_scientific_from_id() in /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/common/my_fish.php on line 152
when adding Kryptopterus minor to 'my fish'.
Good work, that kind of detail helps, these are all now fixed. Sorry for the hassle!

Well, that's the worst of it over. I _think_ I've got all of them, certainly I've got all the ones that happen when you first enter a page before you do anything more on it. I will keep this topic open for a few weeks, but that should be that.

Thanks for your patience folks, this was a lot quicker this way.

Cheers,

Jools

Yup, very good, I would have missed that. Keep 'em coming.

Trust me to find another one...

my_blog.php says
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/common/my_blog.php on line 21: require_once(functions/_my_functions.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'functions/_my_functions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/common/my_blog.php on line 21

Fixed in #279.

Edit: Also found that edit "my_aquaria" had some brokenness, so fixed that in #280, and picture upload was broken, so fixed in #281.

I suspect Jools is in bed like any sensible person at half past midnight, so these things will probably not be fixed until tomorrow morning...

CotM articles listed by popularity
http://www.planetcatfish.com/core/top_a ... ction=cotm
and all the links.

Also all the CotM have
Fatal error: Call to undefined function find_earliest_date() in /home/webcat/planetcatfish.com/includes/clog_datasheet.php on line 228
after pics and text.

Thanks Dave. I've submitted a fix #282 & #283 that supposedly fix these things (my "mini-planetcatfish" doesn't have a single article, so I can't test it locally).

Keep 'em comming - we can't fix things if we don't know it's broken.

I think Data-sub e-mails are broken again - the Vetting e-mails come through, but not the "You've submitted something" mails.

Mats,

Yes, it's to do with constants not being available, looking into it.

The error also turns up when the Catfish on Stamps, Habitat, Underwater & Video options are selected on the Homepage under the Cat E Log.

So, I think this is now pretty much finished. I have now made the changes "on the other" side to bring planetcatfish.com back in line with the common code base. In short, this site and aquaticrepublic.com now share a synchronized set of features along the lines of my cats (my fish), my aquaria and my blog.

There was a lot of individual checking of functions and code so I think there will be one or two things I've missed. They will be mopped up as I road test the aquaticrepublic site (and because they're now shared, will get fixed here too).

As ever, your bug spotting (and reporting) efforts are appreciated. We come a huge way in the last week, it might not look it, but we have.

Cheers,

Jools
