Janne, could the dorsal be a key like i pointed out. All L128's I have seen have completely spotted dorsal fins (spines and membrane) where as the L200's have only had spots on the spines, not the membranes of the fin.

Like these L128? No, you can't use the spots as an ID.

in my experience with my 128's i got 4 at over 6.5 inches.. and some have spots all the way down their body plus the dorsal fin.and some do not... but the yellow belly thru me for a loop.. maybe color is cause of its environment or age?. IMO their spots are like our finger prints, not one is identical and they also may factor in due to age and maturity of the fish according to how far down their spots go on their body and fins, then again it may just be a genetic thing.. But after looking at so many 128s in my lifetime, i have seen many with spots similar to the 200's and then spots all way down body..
