Assuming you believe the capture point of Rio Xingu, I'd say that Janne's confirmation of the ID is as close as you can get to a certain confirmation.

Yea I definitely would assume they're L100 and judging by the available pictures I found online, it's flawless to my eyes. And with the collection point matching as well.

What was perhaps missing in my explanation was that Janne has bred more species of pleco than I have ever seen - so he's more capable of giving a correct answer than most people on this forum.
And if the placement in the Cat-eLog turns out to be wrong at some time in the future, as science and hobby knowledge increases, we can always fix it up.
