Also this shoot was dominated by loricariidae, but there were quite a few cool sticks in the bunch of new fish at the shop!

I'd call this
.
have slender caudal peduncles that are much wider than they are high - like
for example. In this fish I see three rows of vertical scales on the peduncle hence the suggested ID.
