synodontis multi w/fungus

Post by huk chun chu »

Help. Do too events I could not control (moving) my fish where all put through a lot of stress. During the move I lost 2 of my 4 multi's. This was just over a month ago. One of the remaining 2 went into hiding & today was the first day he was visible. It was very listless, breathing rapidly & has what looks like fungus on its back. How do I treat it,I really don't want to loose another one.

Thanks for the tip. I will see if my local store carries both these products. Out of desperation I added some salt to the tank. I don't know if it is the salt or the fact that I took the bully out of the tank but my s.multi. seems to be improving.

it's probably the salt, it acts as an antiseptic. :)
