2 different fish or both the same?

Post by Mad Duff »

Hi there expert help needed again

I got given these 2 fish yesterday and they are supposed to be a King Tiger and an Imperial King Tiger to be honest they both look the same to me so I was wondering if somebody may be able to clarify things for me.

Fish number 1

Fish number 2

Fish number 2 is around 4 1/2" with fish number 1 a little smaller, am I right in thinking that both are males number 2 seems definitely male but not 100% about number 1.

Many thanks in advance :)

Both look like L66 and both look like Males to me but im no expert, just keep a few of them trying to establish a breeding group. Do you mind me asking where you got them from? I am having difficulty getting some more at the moment. Im in Scotland.

Cheers Ian

Thanks for that much appreciated :)

I did think that they were both male L066 but just wanted to make sure.

A friend gave me them Ian, I dont know where she originaly bought them from but I do know she paid a fair bit for them.
I will try and find out where she got them from.

Hi Ian,

Just had a look at Trimar in Cornwall website

http://www.tropicalfish.org.uk/tropical.htm

And they have them in stock and do mail order.

Barry

Thanks for the info on Trimar. Not to keen on shipping them all the way to Scotland. Also work, so cant be in to have them delivered. Have however managed to source some in Scotland. Many thanks

Ian
