Bagrichthys macracanthus isn't that rare, at least not from the numbers I see leave the exporter when they are in season.

We have sold about 20 of them this winter (and I kept one for myself) come to think of it, there's still one more left at work. Sweden is next door to Helsinki...

So you are worker or owner of LFS - where are you located? How much those costs?

I'm sorry, but the Swedish posts above should either go via PM or they should be translated so the rest of us may know what they're about.

Sorry about that, I got carried away... ;-)

Since there's more than one person involved in the discussion, I don't _think_ PM's make sense.

The translation is that shipping something roughly 30 x 30 x 30 cm and weighing around 5kg [that's actually not in the previous post, by the way], will cost between 466 SEK (Swedish kronor) and 1800 SEK, depending on who's doing the shipping and the number of days it takes to ship. 466 SEK gets it picked up by 3PM on a Wednesday and delivered on Friday.

If there's any more discussion, I'll stay to writing English.

Yes I'm an employee at an LFS. (the best kind of LFS with only aquariums, nothing else 8) )

Växjö (as you can see in my <====info to the left) is in the far south of Sweden.

By the way, Mika, haven't you written a COTM article about some Trichomycteridae catfish? Last month I got hold of Ituglanis metae. One of the biggest Swedish importers had them in stock... Very cool fish. 8)

Congrats Mika! I had to take mine to work (LFS) a few days ago, I'm moving to the other end of the country and I didn't want to put him through the stress of moving.

They are indeed good-lookin' cats.
