The guy I got these from said it is a new species. Help please.

Could be a lot of species...can you take a picture without all the light reflections? This would make it a lot easier to see the colour pattern.

Hello,

that one looks to me like C.gery:

or C.pantanalensis ( C5 ):

From the shape of the head and eye position I would prefer C.gery....but thats not all for determiniing species.

For comparison, this is like my C.pantanalensis look like:

C.gery is imported very seldom from Bolivia, its rare in the hobby.
C.pantanalensis comes in now and we find it on the stocklist of seral wholesellers in germany in the moment (and probably anywhere else).

Some more pics, from swimming fish would be better..
