Could you put 2 of these Plecos in a 125 gal tank with 2 Albino Bristlenose. do they eat algae?... Thanks

They don't eat algae no. It would depend what else was going in the tank with the bristlenose on whether they'd fare well or not. With just bristlenose they'd be fine unless the water was too cool and there was problems finding enough meatie food.
