Nocturnal catfish

Post by persian85033 »

I bought this catfish at the Petsmart, I'm not sure what it is, but I want to do my extra credit report on it. It's nocturnal, spends all its day in the shipwreck, chases the tiger barbs, sometimes eats really really little fish(I don't keep fish that small anymore, for that reason). The sign said something like eclipse eye catfish. It's long, it's got really long fins, and very, well...graceful when it swims that you can see its silhoutte in the night. It's kind of brozey silverish in the light, too. I'm not sure if it's a scavenger, but we put food in there for it at night, just in case.
