What is the great albino catfish??

What is it?? So Great! I just know this is a

Pseudopimelodus species and dont know what kind of catfish!!

Is it rare! If this is Batrochoglanis raninus, it size will only 30cm!! Are this species is aggressive or not?? Thanks!

Batrochoglanis is not something I would consider rare (although an albino individual of most species is not something I would consider common either). They are OK as long as long as you don't keep them with fishes small enough for them to eat.
