A store around my area recently recieved fish cooresponding almost exactly to the photo posted, labelled as L-126. I can't really vouch for the veracity of the ID, so don't take my word on it. Just my $0.02.

this fish seems a little high at the dorsal zone to be a Dekeyseria, or Lasiancistrus, not?

It is a Dekeyseria but I think it is L151 rather than D.scaphirhyncha
