Can anyone confirm that this is a Panaque sp. cf. nigrolineatus`xingu`?

Ya I would say it is definetly a Royal. I have two younger ones (3inchs or so).

Plus from my research and experience all pl*cos of this genes that have horizontal lines are from the Royal family, in Common name, be Olive Royal, Golden Royal, etc. Its basically determining what color the lines are.
