Hi!

If you could make a bigger pictures to see the fish better.

The darker fish look like a female, while the lighter look like a male, but really need a better pic to confirm all this!

Placing the fish in a white bowl (ice-cream tub or similar works fine), and take photos with flash from above. This gives a good contrast between the fish and the background, which helps seeing the fish clearly.
