I know its me, i'm useless, but, how do you get back to the main site from the forum index. I cant find a home button. The "jump to" window at the bottom of the screen doesn't do anything after clicking "Go". Maybe my brouser? Mozilla.

When Rusty and Jools have finished there should be a header bar on all forum pages with links to the rest of planetcatfish.
The drop down menu only selects pages in the forums.

Yep, the forum isn't linked to the main page at all at this point! It will be ASAP, though.

"Jump to:" works fin in my copy of Moz, 1.2.1.

This might sound silly but click on the blue arrow, select which forum you want to jump to and click go.

It is cool! We all apreciate the hard work that goes into to a site like this, and we are lucky that it is a great forum with mature and knowlegable people on it. Great work.

Happy New Year

Hi!
Well that is a pretty good news!
And what about the Chatroom proposition. That could be pretty cool to have a meeting once in a while altogether, don't you think so?
Cheers

Yann,

Yeah, I think a chatroom would be cool but I need some time to sort out a few things before I add even more non-content to the site.

Have you got an example of one elsewhere I can go look at.

Rusty, are you reading this, what do you think about a chatroom?

I have set up a chat room for Planetcatfish until Jools has a chance to put one on his own server, the URL will change sometime in the future, it will be announced here.

It's a neat place!
and it sure is a LOT faster than the old one (probaby because it had to drag the whole planetcatfish-website along with every link)
Now hopefully I can get a nice looking avatar as well
(already posted a pic on this in the 'avatar' thread)

Actually we had the forum on a another page for that very reason I guess you never found it? Doesn't matter now, and, yes, the new forum runs faster. We will just have to see how fast when we get more posts in the database.
