It looks more like an albino to me.

And they have 8 pc!

That would have to depend on where the fish came from. Whatever it is, it's not P. sanitwongsei as juvenile P. sanitwongsei typically have larger heads than your picture shows.

There have been quite a few Pangasius 'albino' types show up in the trade for a few years now.
most are P hypopthalmus
