None that I know of.
The easiest way I know is to order direct from the publishers (having done so before, I can say that the books would reach you fairly quickly).

According to this, 24.90 euros is about $29.16.

DATZ = Deutsche Akvarium und Terrarium Zeitung [spelling subject to only having two years of not very interested study of the German language]. Translation is pretty straight forward to German Aquarium and Terrarium Magazine.
In this instance, the book in question is the "All the L-numbers". L-numbers were introduced by DATZ quite a few years back.
Roughly speaking, I guess in North America, TFH is what DATZ is in Europe.
