I bought a new L-number.. but don't know which!

Post by Evelientjeh »

Hello all!

I bought a new L-number today, but i don't know the exact number of the catfish.. The person who sold me the catfish didn't also know what kind it was.. so i was hoping that one of you could help me out!

This is my L-number named 'Tommie' (I always name them, because i don't know the scientific name :D)

(Sorry for bad pictures.. but he (or she) didn't want to get photographed!)

Swimming through the tank.

I hope that you all can help me!

The people from the shop told me that the catfish would be at the same size as adult as an ordinary ancistrus.

Now I see at all kinds of sites that the sizes are much taller than an ancistrus..

What should i do know? My tank is only 60x30x38 :S

In cm... sorry, i forgot to mention that..

So that's way too small for this catfish..

I don't believe that they lied about the size of this catfish..

I think i should take it back tomorrow and hopefully get my money back..

Ok, i think that's a good idea..

Because i feel bad about myself for putting the catfish in my tank, and also for the catfish for being in that tank..

And i'm pretty mad at the personnel of that shop.. if they don't know the size of a catfish.. why lie?

thanks, and i'll take him/her back tomorrow!

I bought it in Zevenaar, The Netherlands.

The company is called 'Aqua Tropica'.

Anyway.. Tommie is already dead
I looked at him before i went to sleep and he was hanging in the top of the tank.. So they also sold me a ill fish and they lied to me..

I will never buy a fish there again!

(they also lied to me about one of my cichlides).
