Right now i have a 12" Common Pleco, small rubberlip, (2) 5" bristlenoses, and a small clown in my Cichlid tank. - they've all been in there for about 18months.
I've been feeding them Hikari veggies disks and was wondering if you guys thought of anything else i could throw in there.
Any better types of veggie disks (i heard New Life Spectrum just came out with some) or other types of food i could put in there.
Also, how often should i feed them?? For right now i usually throw in 3-4 disks about 2-3 times per week.
Thanks!!

I've written an article that lives in Shane's world about feeding. It gives some examples on what you can feed your fish. You can find it here.
Of course, your clown pleco, if it's a , should have some wood to chew on, as that's an essential part of it's diet. The others are all herbivores.
As to how much to feed, I'd be a little bit careful with algae wafers etc, but for fresh veg: Anything that doesn't stay in the tank for more than 24 hours is fine... If they haven't eaten it after 24 hours, take it out. These fish are generally "grazers", so they like to chew on something all the time. But obviously, feeding too much will cause the water to deteriorate.
