Hi bruno,

they generally aren't found for sale anywhere at the moment, unless they are tank bred.

if i were you i would get in the car and go on holiday to the rio xingu and collect some for yourself!

:D , I will be able to go but I live 1500 km from Rio Xingu now it stayed complicated :(
and here don´t have breeder catfish it is catch in nature!!!
I don´t know where will get my l46!!! :cry:

Right, aside from the fact that it's "only" 1500 km, I think there are some restrictions on catching fish in Rio Xingu at the moment. There's definitely export restrictions on fish from that region, which is why many of the species from that region, including H. Zebra, are near-impossible to get. So it's not just in Brazil, but everywhere else they are hard to get.

dont let the IBAMA catch you collecting Zebra's they will cut off your hand's and feet :shock: . And dont think you can hide from them, cos when we landed in Altamira (rio xingu) on the runway there was a IBAMA helicopter, so they are watching 8) .
